The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series goes night racing in Kansas, and we tell you how to watch the KC Masterpiece 400 live.
Kansas Speedway may not be as synonymous with night racing as some other stops on the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series schedule, but it’s always fun to see the stars shine under the lights, and the KC Masterpiece 400 should allow them to do just that.
The brightest among them this season has been Kevin Harvick, who has already racked up four wins in just 11 starts. Just when it looked like the even fickle pendulum of momentum might be swinging over to Kyle Busch, Harvick pulled it back to his No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing with an impressive victory at Dover last Sunday.
To further frustrate his foes, Harvick will start up front on Saturday night, winning the Busch Pole Award in (fittingly) the Busch Light Ford. Fellow Ford driver Ryan Blaney will start beside him in Row 1. Kyle Busch will start third, while Martin Truex Jr., who won both Kansas races in 2017 on his way to a championship, will roll off seventh as he seeks to reassert himself in the 2018 title hunt.
