Ryan Braun

No one likes a cheater. And no one likes a liar. Combine the two and you have a country hit record on your hands.

Ryan Braun is the subject of many of those songs.

Taking PEDs in baseball is a pretty common thing. Well, it used to be. Now they’ve cracked down on PED users and the sport is 100 percent clean. *wink*

In 2011, Braun was busted for PEDs. The result of the test was overturned as the second sample came back clean. 95 percent of PED users claim they unknowingly took a tainted supplement or their urine sample had been compromised. With his second sample clean, Braun may have been the first who wasn’t lying.

He was lying.

In 2013, the Biogenesis report came out. Braun’s name was on the list, he admitted to taking PEDs, and he was suspended for 65 games.

Not only did he cheat by using PEDs and lie about not using them, he called Dino Laurenzi, the man who collected his original urine sample, a liar.

Braun is still playing baseball for the Milwaukee Brewers. He’s still hitting home runs against your club and he’s still collecting millions of dollars. Baseball has no problem with him because he’s totally clean now. He served his time and he should be allowed to make a living, right?

Pete Rose still can’t get into the Hall of Fame.

Most Brewers fans have forgiven Braun. He’s a liar and a cheater. But he’s their liar and cheater. The same way Alex Rodriguez was the Yankees liar and cheater. Just kidding, Yankees fans didn’t like Rodriguez from the moment the trade was announced.
