Sample Lineup

P – Cole Hamels

C/1B – Francisco Cervelli

2B – Ozzie Albies

3B – Danny Valnecia

SS – Pete Kozma

OF – Ender Inciarte, Joey Gallo, David Dahl

Utility – Kevin Pillar

Full disclosure, my starting pitcher is likely going to change through the day. This slate is so weird as far as how to figure out a starter you have faith in. This lineup spends up almost to the most expensive pitcher on the night. The other very difficult part of the night is to figure out which offensive players to use. There are so many offenses in great spots tonight, it’s impossible to pick a lineup without feeling like you’re missing out on something great. I’m hoping it’s a little less of a chalky night than some nights have been lately.

Sample Lineups Number Two

P – Chad Bettis

C/1B – Kurt Suzuki

2B – Ozzie Albies

3B – Danny Valencia

SS – Manny Machado

OF – Adam Jones, Joey Gallo, Ronald Acuna

Utility – Max Moroff

So obviously, if Moroff doesn’t play tonight we’d need to tweak this lineup. It’s just so hard to get away from the Braves tonight, especially ones that can steal bases. Lester can’t hold runners on to save his life and Atlanta should be able to wreck him on the base paths. Joey Gallo might take a but I flat refuse to leave him out of any lineup tonight. He’s got double bomb potential against Shields who is due some serious home run regression. Past that, I really want to attack David Price as much as I can because I just think he’s done.

Stacks to Consider – Braves(vs Cubs), Orioles or Red Sox, Pirates(vs San Diego), Rangers(at Chicago)
