Power ranking P.J. Tucker’s five best playoff outfits

I’m not sure exactly what we have going on here. The bedazzled jacket has a mariachi flair to it, like a badass bullfighter. But the black base to the outfit shows that he has a darkside. This isn’t just dancing around for the crowd, this is serious, life-or-death stuff. Again, it’s the attention to detail that helps Tucker pull it off — from the boots, to the ripped jeans, to the James-Harden-in-solid-colors-as-an-accessory.
In Tucker’s hands, he has the kicks he’ll be wearing on the court. They wouldn’t match the outfit if he swapped them for the boots, but the macabre tones of black and read are an homage to the threads he knows will be waiting for him in the locker room after the game. It’s a way for Tucker to take that mariachi mindset out onto the court, even if that jacket isn’t technically legal under the league’s uniform rules.
