4. Marc-Andre Fleury

No surprise here, either. Flower is a lock for the MVP of the playoffs if Vegas wins the Cup, and maybe even if they don’t win it.

Goaltending is probably the biggest advantage the Knights have over the Caps at the moment. Braden Holtby has had his shaky moments throughout the playoffs, but he hasn’t really been awful.

However, that just speaks to how good Fleury has been. Regardless of a solid performance from Holtby, Fleury seems to have the edge, which is really backed up from his play in the postseason.

So far in the playoffs, the former Pittsburgh Penguins netminder has gone 12-3 with a .947 save percentage and a 1.68 GAA. That’s absolutely insane especially considering the teams Vegas has had to go up against.

If Ovechkin’s teammates are playing with him in mind, the same is surely true for Vegas and Fleury, as the netminder has put on amazing performances that have won the Knights games since April.

Everything has fit perfectly in the Golden Knights’ puzzle, but there’s no bigger piece than Fleury right now. Everybody around Vegas knows that, and it’s yet another spark that his team will use to try and win the Stanley Cup.

All in all, expect the same Fleury we’ve seen throughout the playoffs. Don’t forget about how clutch he can be in the Stanley Cup Final, either.
