Seattle Seahawks — Kelvin Benjamin

For most of Russell Wilson’s career, the Seahawks receiving core has been only slightly taller than the Lollipop Guild. The injection of Jimmy Graham into the offense solved some of those size issues in the red zone, one of the areas of the field Seattle truly maximized Graham’s ability.

Adding a receiver like Benjamin, with his size, frame, and leaping ability, would allow Wilson to thrive even more in jump ball situations. Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett thrive as slot receivers so pairing them with Benjamin, who can play the boundary, wouldn’t create a logjam.

When building a receiving core, teams like to have a variation of skill sets and the Seahawks lack a big receiver who can consistently win and create for himself. As Seattle rebuilds its defense, focusing on bringing in offensive talent to buoy this team makes sense for John Schneider.

Benjamin may never again be the player we saw early in his career, but he still has enough talent to be an impact player with a quarterback as dynamic as Wilson.
