2. Napoli

There’s two major reasons for this. One is the new man in charge, Carlo Ancelotti. Under the Italian, Bale enjoyed his finest seasons. A reunion between the two would be wonderful. The second reason is because it’s a new country in a new leagueBale could conquer.

Why join Juventus? They already have Federico Bernardeschi and Douglas Costa. The two Milan clubs? They’re on the rise but aren’t as tempting. Roma or Lazio? The two clubs don’t have enough money. Napoli make the most sense, with their new manager and a squad who could use one more piece to the puzzle.

Dries Mertens is getting up there in age (he’ll turn 32 next year). Bale would take over his spot as an athletic and powerful central striker. He can also take over Jose Callejon’s spot on the right-wing. Bale could be the final piece required to take over Juventus and deliver the Scudetto to a passionate and loyal fanbase. A fanbase that’ll shower Bale with adulation, and a league Bale could tear up with Ancelotti by his side. What’s not to like?
