22. Denver Broncos

Case Keenum was a great story last year, but his supporting cast in Minnesota was far greater than the one in Denver. The Broncos need him to prop up an aging, slow offense. The defense should be stout, although one wonders about the secondary sans Aqib Talib.

21. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens have an excellent defense with the likes of Terrell Suggs, C.J. Mosley, Jimmy Smith, Tony Jefferson and Eric Weddle. They also have Joe Flacco and no legitimate weapons. It’s tough to sell yourself as a true contender in that fashion.

20. Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks are clearly trying to rebuild. Seattle lost Cliff Avril, Richard Sherman, Sheldon Richardson, Jimmy Graham, Michael Bennett, Paul Richardson and (potentially) Kam Chancellor this offseason without adding anyone of significance. This might be a long year in the Emerald City.

19. Cincinnati Bengals

Can John Ross play at the NFL level? Can Vontaze Burfict stop getting suspended? Can Andy Dalton and Marvin Lewis ever create something that doesn’t make Cincinnati irate come the winter? The Bengals have talent, but they are missing those top-end players to put them over the top.
