4. Paris Saint-Germain

Let’s get this out of the way first: the PSG-Chelsea rivalry has been one of the best Europe has seen this decade. Their instant classics in 2014 and 2015 followed by their last knockout meeting in 2016 have been pure theatre. Still a deal for Hazard is a move that makes enough sense to pull off.

Chelsea will have to seriously consider any bid PSG make. With the amount of money on offer, the London club may have to consider looking to rebuild a squad that’s filled with some uncertainty. Considering all the speculation surrounding the managerial spot, it would make sense to leave a club that don’t have all their ducks in a row.

PSG have a squad that’ll walk to another league title. They have a manager in Thomas Tuchel ready to show that his time in Dortmund was not a fluke. And they have an array of attacking talent that can possibly play the most entertaining soccer in the world. Adding Hazard would be an embarrassment of riches to a squad that only want one thing, the Champions League trophy.
