5. Jabari Parker

This one may be a stretch in a number of ways but a guy like Jabari Parker can’t be ignored. The obvious problem here is his health. He’s high-risk but he’s high-reward when healthy. But can the Lakers afford to count on someone who has already gone through two ACL surgeries in his first four years in the league? In those four years, he’s played in 25, 76, 51 and 31 games, respectively, so there is that to consider. But when he’s healthy, he’s very, very good. In his second year, he averaged just over 20 points on 49 percent shooting and 14.1 points per contest in his third year. He is a restricted free agent so if the Lakers do decide to make an offer, the Bucks can come in and match. It will be interesting to see if Milwaukee wants to dish out a max contract for someone that’s been that injury-prone so we’ll see how this develops.
