1. 2016 NBA Finals vs. Golden State Warriors (won series 4-3)

Series Averages: 29.7 points,11.3 rebounds, 8.9 assists, 48.6 FG%, 41:50 minutes

After coming up short five times during his first stint in Cleveland then again in 2015, LBJ finally brought the city of Cleveland its first championship since LBJ was in the White House.

On top of his 29.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 8.9 assists, LeBron was also the best defensive player in the series. His block on Andre Iguadola’s layup attempt with the game tied late in the fourth quarter was one of the most iconic plays in NBA history. And it wasn’t an anomaly by any stretch. James had 18 steals and 16 blocks in the series including three blocks per game in each of the last four games, three of which were Cavs wins.

Next: Every NBA team's Mount Rushmore

He’s averaged more points, more rebounds, more assists, and shot at a higher percentage in multiple other series but the 2016 Finals still comes in at number one on this list. And it’s not close. Down three games to one, LeBron had back to back 41-point games in Game 5 and Game 6 then capped it with a triple-double in Game 7. He’s had better statistical series but none that meant more and none that came with more pressure than 2016.
