Mike Bibby takes arm day seriously and the internet loves it

It’s been awhile since we talked Mike Bibby. THE Mike Bibby. He’s back and more jacked than ever. This isn’t your father’s Mike Bibby.

I never thought I’d see the Steve Rogers-Captain America transformation happen in real life….until I saw Mike Bibby thursday night. The former No. 2 overall pick hasn’t stopped hitting the gym and the Sacramento Kings, a top class team Twitter, couldn’t help but draw attention to just how serious Bibby has been taking it lately.

The best moment of the night though came after the initial storm of Bibby jokes. Gabrielle Union took the opportunity to ask if her husband Dwyane Wade would still throw Bibby’s shoe today. Valid question!

Wade quickly acknowledged that his stance would be a little different from the 2012 encounter.

I think we can all agree that the Mike Bibby school of training is something worth exploring. Like a basketball version of Michael Scott’s Somehow I Manage called “Somehow got Cannons”.

I’d read that book. Bibby was a big proprietor of the inaugural season of the Big3 and looks even more terrifying this year. Let’s look at some of the best Bibby tweets.
