3. Donte DiVincenzo

DiVincenzo broke some hearts at Villanova with his decision to go pro, but no NBA executives are upset with his decision. It’s easy for teams to see how the sweet-shooting guard can fit in at the next level.

The Bucks are no exception. Drafting DiVincenzo would give them another valuable wing to put in their rotation. His ability to hit 3s consistently would really open up the floor for Giannis on the offensive end. The guard’s size and athleticism should allow him to become a good defender in time as well.

Think of him as a more athletic Malcolm Brogdon. In fact, drafting DiVincenzo might open up the door to deal Brodgon for help somewhere else. That’s not why the Bucks would make the pick, but it could pop up as an unintended consequence during the season.

DiVincenzo is currently projected to be drafted somewhere in the 20s, but don’t be surprised if he rises up the board as the draft gets closer. If the Bucks want to bring him to Milwaukee, they can’t afford to contemplate moving down from 17.
