The 2018 NHL Draft is finally here, with the first round kicking off on June 22 . Below you will find when and where you can tune in.

The 2018 NHL Draft will be held on June 22-23 at American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Stars. This will be the first time that Dallas hosts the draft. Friday will feature just the first round, with Saturday continuing into Rounds 2-7.

Rounds 2-7

Date: June 23,2018

Time: 11:30 a.m. ET

Location: American Airlines Center, Dallas, Texas

TV: NHL network

Tune into the first  round on Friday starting at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN. The rest of the draft will start at 11:30 am ET Saturday on NHL network.

The Buffalo Sabres, Carolina Hurricanes and Montreal Canadiens were the winners of the NHL draft lottery, so they will choose first, second and third respectively. The Calgary Flames, Pittsburgh Penguins, Boston Bruins, Nashville Predators, Winnipeg Jets, Tampa Bay Lightning and Vegas Golden Knights do not have a first-round selection, having lost or traded them. But there are plenty of rounds and talent to go around.

Before free agency can get into full swing, the NHL will be welcoming a fresh batch of rookies in the Entry Draft. This year’s Draft will feature top prospects like Rasmus Dahlin and Andrei Svechnikov.
