WNBA DFS Lineup Advice – 6/26/2018 (Fanduel and DraftKings)

It’s Tuesday June 26th and there are four WNBA DFS games tonight starting at 7PM ET.

Sunday had a lot of unexpected performances. Chicago defeated Phoenix by 9 points, while  Amanda Zahui B, Riquna Williams, and Rachel Banham all lead their teams in scoring for the first time this year.

Anyone who plays NBA DFS and especially WNBA DFS knows how frustrating player rotations can be at times. Starting lineups, late scratches, and injury news often come out right before tip-off.  At FantasyCPR we do our best to analyze the slate, so that we can provide our readers the information and advice they need to find the best picks to build a winning lineup around.

That said – lets dive into the slate, go over some key players and value picks, and start the week off with a win!

WNBA DFS KEY PLAYERS

The Suns and Mystics are tied for first place right now in the Eastern Conference.  It’s looking like Alyssa Thomas will miss another game, regardless if she plays or not though I like Washington’s chances in this one.

  • Elena Delle Donne (WAS)  Her price has gone up a little but I am still willing to pay for her.  What she lacked in defense she made up with in offense the last time these two teams played. I expect her to get it done on both sides of the court tonight.
  • Chiney Ogwumike (CON)  I will be fading her tonight and most of the other key players for Connecticut. I like the value picks on their team much more tonight.

VALUE PICKS: Rachel Banham (CON), Brionna Jones (CON), Alex Bentley (CON)

The Liberty are hoping to avoid a third straight loss. They are hosting the Mercury, one of the top teams in the West. I don’t have much interest in this game, both teams are ranked near the bottom of the league in pace and possessions per game.

  • Britney Griner (PHO) Her price is a little high for me today in a game that I don’t want a lot of exposure to. I think there are better options on the slate today.
  • Diana Taurasi (PHO)  Arguably the best guard in the league right now. I am fine with the price on both sites today.
  • Tina Charles (NY)  I like Charles at home tonight but with Marrisa Coleman out NY becomes another team that I am more interested in the value picks than I am the key players.

VALUE PICKS:  Brittany Boyd, Amanda Zahui B

More from FanSided

This is my favorite game on the slate tonight, and the one I expect to end up with the highest point total. Minnesota has one four games in a row, to make it five they will to beat one of the best teams in the WNBA.

  • Breanna Stewart (SEA) I like Stewart tonight in a game at home that should have a high point total. It is a tough match up though, and her price on DraftKings is a little high. I think I will have less exposure to her than usual tonight on both sites.
  • Jewell Loyd ( SEA)  I will be fading Loyd tonight. If I do play a guard from Seattle it will be Sue Bird, who has been hitting value more consistently as of late.
  • Natasha Howard (SEA) One of my favorite players to watch but I haven’t had much exposure to her over the last few games, I don’t expect that to change tonight.
  • Slyvia Fowles (MIN)  Has been playing on another level lately. I expect her to get plenty of boards tonight. I like her on DraftKings, the price is good, rebounds are worth more a little more there, and she is a double double bonus waiting to happen every game.
  • Maya Moore (MIN) I have been sticking Moore in a lot of my lineups lately. I think she is still a good cash play option tonight but for GPPs I will be looking elsewhere.

VALUE PICKS: Seimone Augustus, Cecilia Zandalasini

Dallas and the Sparks will battle it out in the West in the late game.  I think the spread for Los Angeles is a little too high for this game, I expect Dallas to keep it close or even win.

  • Liz Cambage (DAL)  Struggled the last time these two teams met on Friday. I expect her to bounce back and play well tonight in a game I think Dallas will win.
  • Skylar Diggins-Smith (DAL) Also had a mediocre performance against Los Angeles. I would rather take a cheaper guard from Dallas tonight or try to find value at the forward position
  • Nneka Ogwumike (LOS) The only star from the Sparks I will have any exposure to. I like her price on DraftKings tonight. On Fanduel I would rather roster Maya Moore.

VALUE PICKS: Alisha Gray, Alana Beard
