Switzerland vs. Costa Rica live stream: Watch World Cup online

Switzerland and Costa Rica complete World Cup Group E play in Russia with their match in Nizhny Novgorod on June 27. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Switzerland enters its final match of Group E play needing only a draw to guarantee passage through to the Round of 16. In their opening match of the World Cup, Switzerland surprised Brazil by stealing a point in a 1-1 draw. The Swiss followed up that successful result with a comeback 2-1 win over Serbia that resulted in some controversial goal celebrations.
With the victory over the Serbs, Switzerland stayed level with Brazil in the Group E standings and a point ahead of their vanquished opponent. Needing just that one point, Switzerland probably won’t play too aggressively. Granit Xhaka stirred up controversy for his Albanian eagle celebration after his goal against Serbia, but his play as a No. 10 will be the more critical storyline to follow.
Costa Rica, meanwhile, has nothing left to play for but pride on the last leg of their Group E voyage. After making a run to the quarterfinals in Brazil four years ago, Costa Rica have zero points through their first two matches.
Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas has not been as good this tournament as he was at the last World Cup. Navas, however, has suffered from a lack of goal support. Four years ago, Costa Rica scored three against Uruguay and a goal against Italy through their first two matches. They have spent the entire time in Russia without finding the back of the net once.
The Central American side take to Nizhny Novgorod hoping to pull off the upset and pick up their first and only points of the tournament. Switzerland will be the only team with more than mere pride to play for on Wednesday.

Switzerland still needs a point to advance, so they will not completely park the bus. Hoping to restore some semblance of pride after falling flat in their first two World Cup matches, Costa Rica will press for goals. It could ultimately backfire for the Central Americans.
Look for Switzerland to take advantage as Costa Rica leave loads of real estate unprotected on the back end. Costa Rica will concede an early goal, tie things up and then give up another to Switzerland. The Swiss side will get at least one point necessary to go through. For Costa Rica, stealing a late point will depend on luck falling their way for a change.
