Cincinnati Bengals: Nick Lachey

Back in the 1990s, the band 98 Degrees was one of the biggest boy bands in the world. In fact, the group gained international stardom, and their frontman, Nick Lachey became a household name in homes all over the world. Lachey and his bandmates were active from 1996-02, and a decade later, they came back together and have performed since 2012.

Lachey’s singing career helped launch him into the television arena as well, as his marriage to Jessica Simpson was documented in their show: Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica. While that marriage did not last, Lachey is happily married to the former Vanessa Minnillo, with whom he has three children.

While Lachey is known for his signing ability, there is one aspect of his life that is just as documented. When it comes to his fandom in the NFL, Lachey is the biggest Cincinnati Bengals fan out there, and he has even been thrown out of NFL games protecting his beloved Bengals.

At a game in San Diego against the Chargers, Lachey was dealing with some crazed Charger fans in the stands. The altercation got so heated that Lachey was actually removed from the stadium, although that was likely due to security purposes based on his celebrity.

Still, Lachey grew up in Cincinati, so it makes a lot of sense that he would love the team so much. In addition to being a big Bengals fan, Lachey also has a burger joint in the Cincinnati area, so his love for the Bengals, and the City runs deep. Hopefully for Lachey, and Bengals fans, this team can finally get a playoff win under head coach Marvin Lewis one of these years.
