WNBA DFS Lineup Advice – 7/5/2018

NY @ WAS

The struggling Liberty travel to Washington to take on Mystics. These two teams just played on 6/28, Washington won 80-77. The Mystics guards were a bit of a let down last time out, against a defense giving up 7.53 three pointers a game. I expect to see a little more production from them in this game.

KEY PLAYERS:

Elena Delle Donne – She is the most expensive player on DraftKings today by $500. I won’t have much exposure to her today, there are better options in better match ups.

Tina Charles – Charles just hasn’t been consistent enough this season for me to roster her. At her price today, she doesn’t have much GPP value and is way to risky for cash.  Her good games have come on the road lately, but I won’t be counting one today.

VALUE PICKS: Tayler Hill (DK &FD) , Kia Vaughn (FD)

IND @ DAL

Indiana is coming off a big win against the Minnesota Lynx. I think the point spread in this game is a little high. Dallas just knocked of Chicago at home and is trying to fight their way up the standings in the West. Dallas by 6.

KEY PLAYERS:

Liz Cambage – The Fever have been able to contain their opponents inside the paint this year, but I still like Cambage today. Her price is fair on both sites. I’m not expect her to drop 37 points again tonight, but she is still a solid GPP or cash option today.

Skylar Diggins-Smith –  We have seen the Fever get exposed by some elite guards lately, and I see Skylar joining that list. She hasn’t had a big GPP game since the beginning of June. I think she is due for a big game soon, today could be it.

Candice Dupree – Her price is tempting, but there are better mid-tier options on the slate, her minutes have been consistent, but she’s not doing much with them. She is a weak GPP play at best today, and I wouldn’t play her in cash.

Natalie Achowna – I like Achowna better than Dupree today, just wish she saw the court a little more. If she gets 30 minutes today she can make a good addition to your cash or GPP lineups. But I would rather play some of the other forwards on the slate.

VALUE PICKS: Cappie Pondexter (FD &DK)

WNBA DFS Lineup Advice – 7/5/2018

LA @ MIN

Minnesota is looking to bounce back after a stunning loss to the Fever when they host the LA Sparks  tonight at 8pm. This is the third times these teams have met this year, LA has won both games. I think the Lynx will show up tonight, after sleep walking through their last game and defeat LA.

More from FanSided

KEY PLAYERS:

Slyvia Fowles –  She hasn’t put up great numbers against LA this year. I don’t have a much interest in Minnesota’s stars today. The matchup is tough, they are priced a little high, and I’m still licking my wounds from rostering them against the Fever.

Maya Moore – Moore finally came down to earth on Tuesday putting up a measly 9 points and 3 rebounds. I expect her to bounce back tonight, but I am more interested in some of the mid-tier options in this game.

Candace Parker – I won’t have much exposure to Parker today, she is putting up decent number recently but I like Ogwumike’s price today.

Nneka Ogwumike – I like her price today. She has played well in both games against MIN this year, she doesn’t have huge GPP appeal but she is a solid cash option on today’s slate.

VALUE PICKS: Danielle Robinson (DK & FD) Jantel Lavender (FD)

CON @ PHO

This game had a lot of hype around it before Thomas went down with an injury. Now its Phoenix dealing injuries of their own. They can’t add another player until the end of July, and right now they are down 9 players, with Camille Little questionable for tonight’s game. There should be some good value to find in this game, and I like a PHO stack tonight.

KEY PLAYERS:

Diana Taurasi – She is definitely in play today. I expect her to bounce back after a poor shooting performance against Washington. She still filled the stat sheet though, I will have her in GPPs and cash today.

Britney Griner – Griner is one of my favorite forwards on the slate today. Her price is back up to 13K on DK but she has  the kind GPP upside I am willing to pay up for on todays slate.

Chiney Ogwumike – Love her price today. She is the only thing keeping Connecticut afloat until Thomas returns. Her usage is up, her minutes are solid, and she makes a good cash option on todays slate. The matchup is tough but it’s not enough to scare me off her today.

VALUE PICKS: Angel Robinson (FD &DK) Betnijah Laney (FD &DK)

CHI @ LV

The Sky and the Aces meet in the late game, I think this should be the most entertaining  game to watch on the slate, and a good spot to target for your lineups. Both teams play at fast pace, and are above the league average in points scored per game. I like a game stack here.

KEY PLAYERS:

A’ja Wilson –  I like Wilson today. Cambage just had a huge game against Chicago, Wilson is in a good spot to bounce back from her per performance against LA.  I won’t have a ton of exposure to her today, but I can’t risk missing one of her big GPP games.

Courtney Vandersloot – She has a good matchup today and has been playing well recently.  With Faulkner out for the season with a torn ACL I expect Courtney to pick up a few more minutes. I like her for GPPs and cash today. I like her price on DK, but she is still a good play on FD as well.

VALUE PICKS:  Diamond Deshields (FD) , Gabby Williams (FD) Kahleah Cooper (DK & FD)
