2018 MLB Celebrity Softball Game Roster

The 2018 MLB Celebrity Softball Game should be plenty entertaining.

There are plenty of big names participating this year including Washington Wizards star John Wall and comedian Jamie Foxx. He’s known for garnering the most attention on whatever team he plays on. Also, he is going to play in his second consecutive game. There will be notable former baseball players such as Bernie Williams, Torii Hunter, Cliff Floyd, Steve Finley, Carlos Pena, Andre Dawson, and Tim Raines.

There is another D.C. athlete playing in the form of Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman. Furthermore, WWE superstar “The Miz” will test his talents outside the ring and onto the baseball diamond. Other celebrities playing are Bill Nye the Science Guy, as well as actors Skai Jackson,  Chicago Fire’s Taylor Kinney, Twilight’s Ashley Green, Hamilton actor Christopher Smith, Orange is the New Black Dascha Polanco, 13 Reasons Why Brandon Larracuente, HQ Trivia Host Scott Rogowsky, and Brotherly Love’s Quincy Brown.

Also, ESPN analyst and gold medal winner Jessica Mendoza will play alongside fellow gold medalist Jennie Finch. It’s always interesting to watch the game and see what shenanigans go down. Last year, there were a couple blasts that cleared the fence. It’s something to watch after the Home Run Derby.

With that said, fans should look forward to the craziness that the softball game brings. The entertainment value on the event is astronomical. You never know what you’re going to get when it comes to the Celebrity Softball Game.
