Welcome to the Sunday edition of WNBA DFS Lineup Advice, a fantasy basketball column dedicated to finding you the best key players and value picks on today’s slate to build your lineups around.

We have four WNBA DFS games today starting at 3pm ET. Last night was little underwhelming to say the least. Taurasi got ejected in the 2nd quarter, Bonner took things over from there. Moore finally had her bounce back game, leading the Lynx to a 80-75 victory over the home team. We’ve got plenty of action to cover today though, so let’s jump into it – and go win some money!!!

For those of you stopping by for the first time, I would like to thank you for checking out WNBA DFS Lineup Advice here at FantasyCPR.com Here is a brief summary of what I cover in each article:

SEA @ ATL – 3pm

The first team place from the West and the first place team in the East will play today in the early game on the slate. The Dream have won six games straight, Seattle is looking for their 4th consecutive win. Atlanta has the best defensive rating in the league at 96.2, giving up an average of 79.1 ppg. Seattle’s high powered offense averages 87.3 ppg with a rating of 108.2, the highest in the league. I like Seattle to win here, but I’m not as confident in taking the over in this game as I usually am when the Storm play.

KEY PLAYERS:

Breanna Stewart – Stewart finally came back down to earth after a run of good games in July. LineStar has her projected to score 44.76 points on Fanduel, on DraftKings it’s 44.88. It’s not the best matchup and she is a little pricey today, I’m not gonna have too much exposure to her in my lineups. However, I can’t help but stick Stewie in at least one of my lineups – the heart wants what the heart wants. Ha.

Jewell Loyd – Loyd has been on fire lately,  posting over 50 fantasy points on Fanduel in her last 2 games. She’s is only of the only guards on the slate I feel comfortable paying up for today, but I’m not gonna have a ton of exposure today. She’s a little risky for cash at this price, just a few weeks ago she was putting up 20 fantasy point games. But she’s playing well right now, and I will have her in a few of my GPP lineups today.

VALUE PICKS:  None

CON @ DAL – 4pm

The Suns travel to the Lone Star State to take on the Wings in another East vs. West showdown. Both teams play at a relatively quick pace, and average over 85 ppg on offense. The point total for this game is considerably higher than the rest of the games on the slate. That said, I think Dallas may struggle to find their offense rhythm today against a physical Connecticut defense. The Wings are 9-3 at home this year, and I like them to win today, but it won’t come easy.

KEY PLAYERS:

Liz Cambage – Cambage has continued to put up impressive numbers in her last 3 games. She’s played a lot of minutes in the last week though, and is bound to run out of gas soon. It’s a tough matchup but Liz has shown what kind of upside she has recently. That said, there’s a limited amount of punts and a lot of stars on this slate, I don’t think Cambage will find her way into my lineups today.

Skylar Diggins-Smith –  SDS has a little bit better of a matchup than Cambage on paper today but it’s still not a great spot for her. LineStar has her projected to score 39.43 points on Fanduel. She spends a lot of time on the court, but there are other options at guard I would rather pay up for today.

VALUE PICKS: Shekinna Stricklen (FD & DK)  Kaela Davis (FD ) Layshia Clarendon (FD)

LOS @ CHI  – 6pm

KEY PLAYERS:

Candace Parker – Parker is one of my favorite plays on the slate today. She has averaged 40.45 points on Fanduel in the four games this season that Ogumike has missed. It’s a great matchup, she’s got 60 point upside, and her floor is relatively safe today. I will have a good amount of exposure to Parker in my cash games and GPPs today.

Courtney Vandersloot – Sloot carried the Sky to victory with a triple double in her last game. She  has a tough matchup with Chelsea Gray though, and it’s unlikely she repeats that performance today. I don’t mind paying down for Diamond DeShields here, or Quigley since Beard won’t be guarding her. Sloot has the highest ceiling of the bunch, and is a viable GPP option, but I won’t be using her for cash today.

VALUE PICKS: Jantel Lavender (FD & DK)  Essence Carson (FD & DK) Kahleah Cooper (FD & DK)

IND @ LV – 6pm

The Fever are looking to win two consecutive games for the first time this year when they travel to Vegas to take on the Aces. The Fever are giving up an average of 84.9 ppg and play at one of the slowest paces in the league. Vegas averages 82.8 ppg on offense and loves to push the ball up the court at a quick pace. I love the guards for Vegas in this game. If you are looking for a game stack on the slate you will find plenty of room to work within your salary here.

KEY PLAYERS:

A’ja Wilson – Wilson is definitely in play for me today. She has a usage rate of 29% on the season and gets a decent matchup today. She’s getting to foul line almost 8 times per game, and shooting close to 80% on her free throws. Most of her ceiling games have been at home this year, I have no problem sticking her in a few GPP lineups today.

Kayla McBrideLineStar has her projected to score 33.59 points on Fanduel. That feels a little low to me. She get’s a great matchup against a weak Indiana backcourt and sports a usage rate of 25.2%. I also like Plum and Young in this matchup. Play at least one guard from Vegas today.

VALUE PICKS:  Cappie Pondexter (FD)  Nia Coffey (FD & DK)  Moriah Jefferson (FD)
