11. Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions

Personally, every time I have drafted Matthew Stafford I have regretted it. He’s someone who has put up big numbers but seems to have major shifts from game to game. However, all the pieces are in place for him to have his best season yet.

The Lions have a very strong offensive line, solid receivers and new pieces in the running game. Someone like Theo Riddick helps a quarteback’s value with his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield.

12. Philip Rivers, Los Angeles Chargers

Despite his age, Rivers continues to produce strong fantasy football numbers. The Chargers have an absurd amount of offensive weapons that should keep Rivers on pace with his career numbers. Look for a healthy Mike Williams to provide Rivers with a big-time redzone threat.

13. Jimmy Garoppolo, San Francisco 49ers

Garoppolo is going to be a favorite among those trying to grab a high-upside quarterback later in the draft. He’s someone who is more familiar with his offensive system even after putting up strong numbers at the end of last year.

14. Jared Goff, Los Angeles Rams

The Rams brought back most of last year’s main contributors and added the services of Brandin Cooks. Goff’s value his helped by Todd Gurley’s ability to work as a receiver. It helps the Rams keep defenses on their toes.

15. Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons

Ryan is another steady fantasy performer who can get you through a season. However, he doesn’t have as much upside as others on this list.
