Liverpool face West Ham at Anfield on Aug. 12. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

After a confidence-shattering performance in the Champions League final, Loris Karius is out as the number 1 in goal for Liverpool. The Reds spent £65 million acquiring Brazilian keeper Alisson from Roma this summer. For a few weeks, it was the world record transfer fee for a goalkeeper. Now Alisson will make his Liverpool debut in front of the Merseyside faithful at Anfield against West Ham.

The Hammers come to Liverpool hoping to improve on their 13th-place finish in the 2017-2018 season. Another mid-table finish is probably the ceiling West Ham can expect this season, but a Europa League qualifying spot could be possible if they get on a hot start. Former Liverpool striker Andy Carroll will look to net a goal or two against his former club on his return to Anfield.

With the new season beginning, you definitely won’t want to miss the Sunday match of the week. Here’s how to catch all the action live from Liverpool this weekend.

Last time we saw Liverpool on the pitch in a competitive match, they were falling to Real Madrid in the Champions League final. After a top-four finish in last year’s Premier League table, the Reds are back in the Champions League this season. But their focus will be squarely on the visitors this weekend when West Ham comes to town.

All of the key parts are back on the pitch in 2018 for Liverpool. Mohamed Salah didn’t have the most impressive World Cup with Egypt, but he was able to recover from his injury in the Champions League final. With Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, Salah will once again put up a formidable challenge for most Premier League defenses. Look for the hosts to win by at least two goals and Alisson to pitch a clean sheet in his Premier League debut.
