Baltimore Ravens – Joe Flacco

The Baltimore Ravens shook up the roster a bit this offseason. With additions such as Michael Crabtree and John Brown, the offense should see improvement this season. While the Ravens have had struggles over the last two seasons, one can see that this team has the potential to play at a higher level.

While Hayden Hurst is an intriguing sleeper pick, Joe Flacco has a chance to get paid. The organization drafted Flacco’s replacement in the draft, selecting Lamar Jackson at the end of the first round. The offense has better weapons this season than in previous years and Flacco has his back against the wall. Because he will likely be playing for a contract for another team, I expect him to step up this season.

Buffalo Bills – Chris Ivory

It does not look promising for the Buffalo Bills in 2018. With a lot uncertainty on offense and defense, it is hard to see the team being successful. However, they do have interesting pieces to their roster. Kelvin Benjamin is a very good receiver and Lesean McCoy is still playing at a high level. The Bills are rebounding and rebuilding and have young talent. This team has the potential to be good in the future.

This offseason the team added veteran running back Chris Ivory to the mix. The team plans on McCoy being the starter week one. However, he is in the center of an investigation that has serious allegations. This, as well as McCoy’s age, gives good reason to look to Chris Ivory for some production. In Jacksonville, Ivory was utilized as a change of pace running back and had some very good production at times. Ivory could see a lot of time on the field in a Bills uniform.
