10. T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts

A healthy Andrew Luck means good things for T.Y. Hilton. He has been a very productive fantasy option and with Luck he’s borderline elite. The Colts don’t have a very strong surrounding wide receiver group so Hilton is in line for a ton of targets.

9. Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Evans is the one receiver on the Buccaneers roster who is a safe bet to produce while Jameis Winston is suspended. It’s his size and ability to battle for the ball that makes him so impressive. The fact that he’s a major red zone option also helps.

8. A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals

Green is a pretty safe pick who will get you somewhere around 80 catches, 1,000 yards and 8 touchdowns. The Bengals have had a good offseason where they fixed the offensive line. This should help the efficiency of the entire offense.

7. Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers

Philip Rivers loves feeding the ball the Keenan Allen. He has some big-time fantasy seasons under his belt. The problem has always been his health. Allen is a risky pick who seems like a more likely candidate to go down with a season-ending injury than most.

6. Julio Jones, Atlanta Falcons

Last year had some bad luck for Julio Jones who finished with only three touches. However, he had over 80 catches and 1,400 yards. Jones is a safe pick and should still be one of the first receivers taken in your draft.
