45. Devante Parker, Miami Dolphins

Another season and the same storyline for Devante Parker. He just can’t seem to stay healthy with string of nagging injuries. There’s no denying his talent which is why he stays on the fantasy radar. However, this isn’t someone you can rely on.

44. Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Godwin is one of my sleeper picks for this year. He’s a big-bodied receiver who runs cleans routes and attacks the ball in contested situations. Godwin showed flashes of his potential last year. The concern is how well can he perform while Jameis Winston is suspended.

He might be someone who struggles early but then takes off towards the middle of the season. If you draft him just stay patient.

43. Jamison Crowder, Washington Redskins

Crowder does most of his damage working the underneath routes and gaining yards after the catch. The accuracy and willingness to take what the defense gives him of Alex Smith means Crowder should be in line for a solid season.

42. John Brown, Baltimore Ravens

Brown’s star has faded after two injury plagued years in Arizona. However, he seems to be fully healthy and now working in an offense that will utilize his ability to stretch the field. Brown and Joe Flacco seem like a perfect match.

41. Devin Funchess, Carolina Panthers

The Panthers have worked over the past two offseasons to bring in more offensive weapons for Cam Newton. Funchess is the one holdover who remains in the mix. He’s a big-bodied receiver who is developing as a red zone threat.
