We tell you when you can expect to see the rising stars of NXT back on PPV on WWE Network.

While WrestleMania is and always will be the biggest event of the year for WWE, an argument can be made that NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn has claimed that crown for the black and yellow brand. Maybe it’s because SummerSlam staying in one place for several years has allowed TakeOver to hit the Barclays Center four times, but there does seem to be an air about it that no other NXT event has.

It’ll be another year until we see another one, but fans won’t have to wait that long until the next NXT PPV. In fact, it will take place before the end of 2018.

NXT TakeOver: Wargames II will take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday, Nov. 17. That’s the night before Survivor Series 2018, which will be held at the same building.

More from WWE

The first TakeOver: WarGames took place last year in Houston, and resurrected an old gimmick match (WarGames) from WCW. The main event saw three teams of three men each — Undisputed Era, Sanity and The Authors of Pain with Roderick Strong — face off inside a special, oversized steel cage that held two wrestling rings. The Undisputed Era eventually came out on top, and the event as a whole was named the NXT show of the year by WWE.

It’s still a little early to know for sure whether or not NXT TakeOver: WarGames II will use that same match type, but smart money suggests it’s a strong possibility. The nice thing about the NXT PPVs being several months apart if that it gives the bookers plenty of time to build up feuds, which should mean a lot of fun for wrestling fans this November.
