What matches are on the SummerSlam 2018 Kickoff Show?

WWE SummerSlam takes place from Brooklyn on Sunday night. Which matches will take place on the 2018 kickoff show?

The biggest party of the summer takes place on Sunday, when the WWE invades Brooklyn once again for SummerSlam. The 2018 edition of the event is set to be the biggest yet and will certainly feature plenty of surprising moments.

With a big show, no pun intended, on hand, it’s only appropriate that the kickoff show for the event is loaded just as well. The 2018 SummerSlam Kickoff will feature a trio of matches, including two with championships on the line.

With gold on the line and a mixed tag match on the card, this is one of the more intriguing kickoff shows to date. On the SmackDown side of things, Andrade “Cien” Almas and Zelina Vega have made quite the impact since meking their debut on the blue brand.

Now, they’re looking to make a statement by knocking off Rusev and Lana. Will Sunday belong to the newest duo on SmackDown Live? Or will Brooklyn serve host to Rusev and Lana day on Sunday?

The RAW brand has been making waves thanks in part to their newest tag team champions, the B-Team. Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas have shown tremendous chemistry in the ring and have made a mark over the summer. However, The Revival has been waiting to make their mark for a long time and will look to make their official statement on Sunday.

205 Live has been home to the most entertaining high-flyers that the WWE  has to offer. Since WrestleMania, Cedric Alexander has held the Cruiserweight Championship and has represented the brand well. Drew Gulak’s been a serious contender for some time and now he has his opportunity to take home the championship and make the brand his at SummerSlam.
