A look at the full match card, start time, live stream information and more for the 2018 edition of WWE SummerSlam.

It’s once again time for WWE SummerSlam and there’s plenty of action lined up for the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Sunday afternoon/evening/night. Why is written that way? Because with a two-hour kickoff show and at least four hours of the main card, it’s going to be a long day.

The main event of the evening will likely be Brock Lesnar defending the WWE Universal Championship against Roman Reigns, which is one of nine championship matches on the docket for SummerSlam. The main event for the blue brand will see WWE Champion AJ Styles defending against Samoa Joe in a match that people maybe never thought would happen in WWE.

Here’s a look at everything you need to know for the 2018 edition of WWE SummerSlam.

Full match card

RAW Tag Team Championship Match: The B-Team vs. The Revival (Kickoff Show)

Both teams have been on a roll and this could be entertaining enough.

Rusev & Lana vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas & Zelina Vega (Kickoff Show)

Remember last month when Rusev was on pay-per-view going for the WWE Championship? Yikes.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match: Cedric Alexander vs. Drew Gulak

This should be the best match of the kickoff show. Gulak’s character has been fantastic since the mini-reboot of 205 Live and Alexander is always fun to watch.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The Bludgeon Brothers vs. The New Day

The New Day has looked great this entire summer with a ton of great matches, including that tournament final against Sheamus and Cesaro and a fun six-man against Sanity. Meanwhile, The Bludgeon Brothers just beat some enhancement talent on Tuesday night. Okay then.

Finn Balor vs. Constable Baron Corbin

Oh joy. The rubber match that nobody wanted.

United States Championship Match: Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Jeff Hardy

Hmmm…I wonder if Randy Orton will get involved here.

Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz

Daniel Bryan’s contract situation will have a lot to do with how this match plays out. WWE is certainly hyping this one up, even if Vince may just be trying to get this one in just in case DB bolts for the indie scene.

SmackDown Women’s Championship Match: Carmella vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair

Adding Charlotte Flair to this match makes this easier to watch but this is Becky Lynch time. Expect the Brooklyn crowd to pop loud for her all night.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Seth Rollins

Dean Ambrose being back in the mix makes things a little more interesting here, not that this program needed it. Will anyone be surprised if this is the match of the night….again?

Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens

The story here is that if Kevin Owens wins in any way, he takes control of the Money in the Bank briefcase. That would certainly be very entertaining but it’s highly unlikely.

RAW Women’s Championship Match: Alexa Bliss vs. Ronda Rousey

And NEW RAW Women’s Champion…Ronda Rousey.

WWE Championship Match: AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe

Total. NonStop. Action. Get it? WWE Championship not in the main event once again but we all know why.

WWE Universal Championship Match: Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns

Cue the boo birds in Brooklyn when Roman Reigns finally wins the WWE Universal Championship, which may be cut off when Braun Strowman comes to cash in. Or Lesnar wins again and we have to through all of this again.

Next. 10 who deserve to be in the WWE Hall of Fame. dark
