Team 1: Sterling Shepard, WR, Giants

It was a wise move by Team 1 to go with another wide receiver here. Shepard will be behind Odell Beckham Jr. and Evan Engram for targets, but should still be fantasy relevant.

Team 2: Chris Thompson, RB, Redskins

Thompson has some major upside in PPR formats. He showed last year he is weapon in the passing game and should see targets with Alex Smith in town.

Team 3: Julian Edelman, WR, Patriots

Edelman is a bit of a forgotten man thanks to his long absence. However, he and Brady have a proven track record. This could end up being one of the steals of the draft.

Team 4: Carlos Hyde, RB, Browns

Hyde is someone who could find himself all over the place in fantasy drafts. His talent is undeniable and he has produced whenever on the field. The problem is that he has battled injuries throughout his career.

Team 5: Robby Anderson, WR, Jets

The big question is whether or not Anderson is a one-year wonder. He put showed some real promise last year, but followed that up with off-field mistakes. This point in the draft seems like a reasonable spot to take a risk on Anderson.

Team 6: Isaiah Crowell, RB, Jets

This team needed an upside play at the running back position. Crowell brings that to the table as a potential lead back on a solid offense.

Team 7: Jordy Nelson, WR, Raiders

Age and injuries forced Nelson out of Green Bay. He now looks to get his career back on track with the Oakland Raiders. This is a savvy veteran who has a year or two strong fantasy production left in the tank.

My Team: Jamison Crowder, WR, Redskins

Crowder was someone I targeted last year and really disappointed. I’m back on board again this year hoping a check-down quarterback like Alex Smith will target Crowder in the underneath passing attack.

Team 9: Randall Cobb, WR, Packers

Davante Adams and Jimmy Graham will get the majority of Aaron Rodgers’ attention, but Cobb will still have a role. He remains a quick-twitch athlete who excels at picking up yards after the catch.

Team 10: Aaron Jones, RB, Packers

This is only Team 10’s third running back which is a cause for concern. Jones is suspended for the first two games and isn’t guaranteed to start once he returns. Team 10 is going to have some waiver wire work to do.
