Where can you watch this week’s episode of Snowfall online?
On Snowfall last week it seemed like there was a changing of the guard. In season 2, the three storylines — Teddy’s, Franklin’s and Lucia’s — have come together and the characters began to work together. This meant they could tackle larger issues (such as facing the Contras in Nicaragua). Unfortunately it also meant that a conflict with one story would resonate across all three. And that’s what happened in episode 6.
When Pedro retired to the fold, as it were, and asked Lucia for a place in the leadership of the care she was a bit suspicious, but eventually let him in. He was family, after all. Turns out, she maybe should have been a bit more cautious about it. Pedro’s fiancé, Soledad (that’s her pseudonym at least,) used the information to bring the DEA down on Lucia and her operation. At least it’s heading that way.
Near the end of episode 6 it certainly appeared that Teddy was aware he had been betrayed, even if her didn’t know by whom. In the promo for episode 7 you learn that Teddy at least realizes who has come to root him out. Teddy also can be heard warning someone to get out. This could be his brother or it could be some kind of informant. It could even be Franklin. Franklin should be at this point the person with the most drugs (and other material) in his possession, so he would be in the deepest trouble if he were captured/arrested. That might not end well for him.
Franklin also mentions his desire to “blow it up” (it meaning the rock cocaine). Does this mean that he found a new product/opportunity? Does it mean that he was betrayed (and he knows it)? Or could it just mean he has plans to radically expand the reach of his business? Find out in the next episode of Snowfall season 2, “The World is Yours” on Thursday.
