The Atlanta Hawks have come up with a brilliant way to keep fan interest.

The Atlanta Hawks have been a footnote in the NBA for the last few seasons, but they are shaking it up once they move into the new State Farm Arena.

They will feature a courtside bar for you to enjoy as Trae Young bricks up 30-foot 3-pointers, and they will have a barbershop as well if you want to tighten up your hair game.

According to ESPN’s Marc Spears, the $192.5M renovation will also have the NBA’s third-largest NBA scoreboard and a Topgolf Swing Suites, which is a golf simulator lounge where you can enjoy food and beverages while playing a variety of games.

The new arena will open in time to celebrate the team’s 50th year in Atlanta, and it should be interesting to watch this season if the fans at the courtside bar ever get over-served and do something that gets them on SportsCenter for all the wrong reasons.

All joking aside, the Hawks have a lot to look forward to this season. They’ll feature some truly interesting lineups. Jeremy Lin and Vince Carter will join the team, and they’ll be expected to offer veteran guidance and leadership to this young squad.

Adding a talent like Young to the team was risky, especially if Luka Doncic turns into a more athletic version of Dirk Nowitzki. But if Trae Young become Stephen Curry 2.0, then no one will be second-guessing that trade 10years from.

Then again if Young is a bust, at least there is a bar not too far from the court for Hawks fans.
