4. Ben Roethlisberger

After five games last year, it appeared Roethlisberger was finally succombing to age and injury. Instead, the future Hall of Famer turned back the clock and tossed 28 touchdowns against 14 interceptions while chalking up 4,251 yards. With JuJu Smith-Schuster entering his second year and James Washington coming into the fold, Roethlisberger should have another outstanding season.

3. Drew Brees

Brees is turning 40 this season, but quarterbacks are playing better, deeper into their careers than ever before. There’s no reason to believe that Brees, who has thrown for 5,000 yards in a season on five separate occasions, is going to slow down now.

2. Aaron Rodgers

Rodgers is returning from a broken collarbone that stole much of his 2017 season. Still, the two-time MVP is the favorite in Vegas to win the award once more, and the supporting cast around him is the best its been in years.

1. Tom Brady

Brady is 41 years old, but he’s the reigning MVP and hasn’t shown a bit of age to this point. Until somebody finally knocks him off the proverbial pedestal, he stands atop the league.
