Winner: Stanford Cardinal (No. 10 up to No. 9)

Bryce Love rushed for just 29 yards on 18 carries against San Diego State and despite the win over the Aztecs, fans found a reason to panic.

Would Love be able to rebound and jump back into that Heisman Trophy race or was the offensive line going to struggle on run plays in Week 2 against the Trojans? Well, it stepped up and he was able to surpass the 130-yard mark, finishing with 136 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries. He looked like his old self while the Cardinal got revenge on USC.

The Trojans beat the Cardinal twice a year ago — one at the beginning of the year and another time in the Pac-12 title game. Could the tables be turned this time around? We will find out if these two teams can force a rematch of the 2017 title.

KJ Costello looks like a star under center, passing for 183 yards and a touchdown on 16-of-27 completions. He was strong from start to finish and didn’t make any major mistakes.

Stanford looks to be here to stay, folks.
