The Denver Broncos, like the Oakland Raiders, were rated by most experts as being one of the worst teams in the AFC West this season. The fact is, they actually have some good talent on both sides of the ball, and with a legitimate quarterback under center in Case Keenum, they should be better than advertised.

On Sunday, the Broncos got their 2018 season off on a good note, as they took care of business against the Seattle Seahawks at home. Keenum threw for three touchdowns in his Broncos debut, showing the kind of poise that helped him lead the Minnesota Vikings to the NFC title game last season.

Denver spent their first round pick in 2018 on the defensive line, bringing in NC State edge rusher Bradley Chubb. In 2018, Chubb should team with Von Miller to give the Broncos a devastating 1-2 punch in the pass rush, which should lead to some victories for the club.

In 2019, they should add a player to the entire of the defensive line in Dre’Mont Jones, who could be gone by the time the Broncos pick, if it is this late in round one. Jones is a very athletic defensive lineman, and on a Broncos team that looked very fast on Sunday, he could slide right in the middle of a very stout defensive line.
