Defense: Jacksonville Jaguars

vs. New England Patriots, Sunday 4:25 p.m.

FanDuel Cost: $4,300

The Jacksonville Jaguars defense is matchup proof when it comes to fantasy football. Yes, Tom Brady is the Goat but that doesn’t mean he’s going to torch this defense. The Patriots don’t have the offensive weapons to put up a ton of points on the Jaguars.

A key to the Jaguars defensive value for fantasy is their ability to rack up sacks and turnovers. This is an aggressive group that isn’t satisfied with just getting a stop.

Backup Option: New England Patriots

@ Jacksonville Jaguars, Sunday 4:25 p.m.

FanDuel Cost: $4,200

Blake Bortles and the Jaguars offense really struggled against the New York Giants. Bortles himself was highly inaccurate and threw an interception. This sets up nicely for the Patriots defense who made life miserable for Deshaun Watson last week.

New England has an underrated pass rushing duo in Trey Flowers and Deatrich Wise Jr.. They also have a solid interior with Danny Shelton, Lawrence Guy and Malcolm Brown.

Their matchup against the Jaguars could be even more attractive if Leonard Fournette misses the game. He’s dealing with a hamstring injury that forced him out of the game last week. Hamstring issues are very unpredictable and could pop up at any time.
