Start: Jared Goff, Los Angeles Rams

vs. Arizona Cardinals

Despite the presence of Patrick Peterson and Chandler Jones, I’m starting Jared Goff in all leagues. He’s proven to be matchup proof thanks to his surrounding cast and the explosive game plan drawn up by Sean McVay.

The Rams will work to exploit the holes in the Cardinals defense which just can’t match their weapons. Todd Gurley will be tough to handle as usual– especially as a receiver.

Goff’s fantasy day should be helped by the issues Arizona has on the offensive side of the ball. The Cardinals will have a hard time moving the ball against the Rams defense. This means more opportunities and better overall field position for the Rams.

Sit: Tyrod Taylor, Cleveland Browns

@ New Orleans Saints

The Saints defense was embarrassed by Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in week 1. This group won’t let that happen again– especially at home. Look for them to rebound against a Browns team that is coming off a major letdown.

New Orleans features a lot of young defenders who play extremely fast. They are much better than what they showed last week. Look for them to put pressure on Tyrod Taylor and force him to hurry his decisions.
