Best Lineup

QB:Ā Patrick Mahomes $6100

RB:Ā Todd Gurley $9200

RB:Ā Christian McCaffrey $7000

WR:Ā Nelson Agholor $6100

WR:Ā Cooper Kupp $5500

WR:Ā Corey Davis $5100

TE:Ā George Kittle $3800

Flex:Ā Quincy Enunwa $4700

D/ST:Ā New York Jets $2500

This line-up is a bit contrarion, being built around two high priced running backs. Todd Gurley, as previously mentioned, was my selection for MVP entering this season. In an incredible matchup with Arizona another monster performance is ahead. Christian McCaffrey gets an Atlanta defense that is historically bad against running backs who can catch the ball and that was before losing Keanu Neal and Deion Jones.

Patrick Mahomes is the signal caller for this team with that Chiefs-Steelers game heading for a high scoring affair and Mahomes being the piece of it I want to grab. At receiver it is all about opportunity. Cooper Kupp will get a ton of targets thanks to Patrick Peterson taking out any outside receiver on the Rams. Nelson Agholor and Corey Davis will see the bulk of targets for two offenses looking to bounce back from disappointing Week 1 performances.

Like most others, I’m clearing sipping the George Kittle Cool-Aid as well. Kittle is either a fluke or on the way to a breakout season.Ā  The final two spots go to the Jets in receiver Quincy Enunwa and their defense. Enunwa was a forgotten name after a solid season in 2016 but is a speedy, big body who can help the rookie quarterback all over the field. New York’s defense looked dominant in Week 1 and should get some help in Marcus Maye returning for Week 2.
