The matchup in Week 3 between Ohio State and TCU at AT&T Stadium is going to be huge, but the College GameDay signs in Fort Worth may be even better.
As the 2018 college football season starts to age, we’re about to see conference matchups start kicking into high gear. Before that happens, though, there are still a few big-time games that will have to be played. And, on Saturday, the TCU Horned Frogs will take on the Ohio State Buckeyes in that exact type of game. Thus, it only made sense for ESPN’s College GameDay to head to Fort Worth.
Of course, the game itself on Saturday night won’t be played in Fort Worth. With a game of this magnitude, they need the biggest and best, and that’s where it’ll be played. The Horned Frogs and Buckeyes will head to Arlington to occupy AT&T Stadium for the evening and try to own that field, at least for the night.
These are two ranked and highly talented teams set to face off on Saturday evening. However, there is a bit more intrigue, something College GameDay signs are sure to point out. This will be Ohio State’s final game without Urban Meyer. Having said that, TCU and head coach Gary Patterson will surely look to exploit the Buckeyes’ head man’s absence.
We know the football is going to be good, but it was all about the College GameDay signs living up to the hype. With that, here are the best of the bunch from Ohio State vs. TCU in Week 3:

Saturday’s matchup between the Buckeyes and Horned Frogs could truly give fans an instant classic. However, as most college football fans know at this point, much of the excitement and hype comes from before the game ever kicks off. And that’s what College GameDay signs are all about.
