The college football season is headed into Week 4 and the AP Top 25 has been released. Which teams come away as the biggest winners and losers?

As if Week 1 and Week 2 weren’t exciting enough, Week 3 provided fans with even more intrigue which included some ranked matchups that taught us a lot about college football’s elite.

Most importantly, we found out that Alabama is almost untouchable. The Crimson Tide, which have had trouble with Ole Miss in the past, demolished the Rebels 63-7 on Saturday night. The game was expected to be a closer contest, but the Crimson Tide flexed their muscles and ran the Rebels off the field, proving yet again they’re the best team in the land.

Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence may have proven to be the best option under center as Kelly Bryant didn’t look nearly as sharp.

As for Ohio State, the Buckeyes proved they belong in that College Football Playoff conversation with a huge win over No. 15 TCU. The Buckeyes’ Dwayne Haskins may be the best quarterback in the country, or maybe that distinction belongs to Oklahoma’s Kyler Murray who also had a big day in a clutch win at Iowa State.

There were some big upsets as well such as BYU over No. 6 Wisconsin and No. 12 LSU over No. 7 Auburn — both victories came on the road.

The newest AP Top 25 received some shakeups and there are some new teams that made the cut while others, such as USC (blowout loss at Texas) and Arizona State (controversial defeat at San Diego State), dropped out.

Who are this week’s biggest winners and losers in the AP Top 25?
