5. Keelan Cole, Jacksonville Jaguars

Stats: seven receptions, 116 yards and one touchdown

The Jaguars secured a big win against the New England Patriots with Keelan Cole being a big part of the team’s success. He provided the Jaguars with an explosive option at wide receiver and has emerged as the team’s go-to receiver.

Cole was second in targets with only Donte Moncrief outpacing him. However, Moncrief was only able to haul in four of his nine targets for 34 yards.

That lack of efficiency is something that will pull targets away from Moncrief. Cole made the most of his opportunities which will only earn him more looks. Jacksonville obviously sees Cole as their replacement for the injured Marqise Lee.

Another positive sign for Cole’s long-term fantasy production is the strong play of Blake Bortles. He not only avoided turnovers but also found a way to produce big plays.

The more success Bortles has the more the coaching staff will allow him to throw. Jacksonville will still want to heavily feature the run, but getting Bortles going would help open up the entire offense.

This past week Leonard Fournette wasn’t able to suit up and the Jaguars approach will change once he is back in the lineup. However, Cole is still a great add and someone who could provide strong numbers as your FLEX.
