The Miami Dolphins had a tough task ahead of them this past weekend, as they had to go into New York and take on the Jets. The Jets were coming off an absolute drubbing of the Detroit Lions in Week 1, and star rookie quarterback was making his home debut in front of the Jets faithful.

Just like they did in Week 1, the Dolphins surprised a lot of people with their play against the Jets, and are currently sitting atop the AFC East with a 2-0 record. While I do not believe they will stay there the rest of the season, they do look like a Wild Card team, as they have a nice balance between the pass, and the rush.

The funny thing is, the Dolphins got rid of a bunch of veteran talent this past offseason, including guys like Ndamukong Suh and Jarvis Landry. However, they look to have really come together as a  team, and while the expectations were not big coming into the year,  they could actually be a team that picks in the second half of the first round next April.

With that pick, the Dolphins should look to bring in some talent at the linebacker position, and Devin White from LSU fits their defense perfectly. Not only can he come up and stuff the run, but he is great at getting the edge during the blitz, and the Dolphins need to inject some more young talent on the defensive side of the ball, especially at linebacker if they hope to continue to challenge in the division.
