Start: Tevin Coleman, Atlanta Falcons

vs. New Orleans Saints

As long as Devonta Freeman is out of the lineup Tevin Coleman is a strong fantasy play. He’s an explosive runner who has been waiting for an opportunity like this to be the lead back. There’s a chance he makes enough of an impression to earn more carries for the rest of the year.

Coleman had a strong performance against a tough Carolina Panthers defense which say him top the 100 yard mark and haul in four passes.

This week the Falcons face the New Orleans Saints who are working through some issues on defense.

Sit: Carlos Hyde, Cleveland Browns

vs. New York Jets

Carlos Hyde has led the Cleveland Browns in carries the first two weeks but hasn’t been very productive. He’s averaging under three yards per carry which has put the Browns offense behind the sticks.

It’s only a matter of time until Nick Chubb starts to steal away some touches. In fact, this past week Chubb had two carries for 14 yards.

Hue Jackson needs to start winning football games if he wants to keep his job. He shouldn’t hesitate to give the rookie Chubb more work. For that matter, Duke Johnson should also be getting more touches in the run game.
