Riding McKenzie Milton last night led to some money. A monster game from Miles Sanders helped the other lineup cash as well.
The scoring for NCAA football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap! There is also late swap, which is essential for contests with start times spanning several hours (are you listening for the NBA, DraftKings?).

Top Tier:
Kyler Murray ($10,800): Army did a good job of slowing Hawaii last week, but what still makes Murray worth playing are his rushing stats. Murray ran the ball 15 times last week against Iowa State, leading the team with 77 yards on the ground. It appears that Murray is picking up some of the slack with Anderson out. That makes him a strong play on any given week.
Alan Bowman ($10,000): Bowman set a Big 12(10) freshman record with 605 passing yards last week against Houston. That was with Ed Oliver bearing down on him the whole game. That is a big record. Think of all of the really good freshman QB’s that have started in this conference. I don’t expect 600 from Bowman this week, but 400 is likely. That alone makes him worth the price.
Middle Tier:
Joe Burrow ($7,600): Watching the game against Auburn, I didn’t even realize that Burrow completed less than half of his passes until looking at the box score later in the week. I thought he played a really good game. Burrow has been mostly a game manager, but he doesn’t turn the ball over and isn’t afraid to run. I don’t see a ton of upside here with Burrow, but he should be worth this price against Louisiana Tech.
Jarrett Stidham ($7,200): Did anyone see what Mason Fine did to the Piggies in Fayetteville last week? If not, he torched this defense. As much as I like Fine, Stidham is a better quarterback. He had a rough go of it against LSU, but he is going to pad his stats here lighting up Arkansas like the Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Center.
Bargain Shoppers:
Kelvin Hopkins ($6,200): I will tell you right now that Oklahoma could have trouble with this option offense. It requires strict gap principles on defense, which Oklahoma doesn’t always follow. They are a lot better than they were last year, but Hopkins has a lot of potential against an undisciplined defense. And he has thrown for 420 yards in three games, which has to be close to an Army record.
Nate Stanley ($5,300): Stanley threw for over 300 yards last week, which is a rarity in Iowa City. The balanced BYU offense gave Wisconsin trouble last week. We all know that Iowa can run the ball. If Stanley is going to throw for 2-300 yards a game, I can see good potential at home for this price.

Top Tier:
Justice Hill ($9,100): Iowa is allowing less than two yards per carry on the season. As much as I like Taylor, I can’t justify spending that much on him. Especially when Hill is out there for a couple hundred cheaper. The Cowboys attacked Boise with Hill, then went to Cornelius. They will do the same against Texas Tech. The Red Raiders are weaker against the pass, but they aren’t great against the run either. Hill could have another strong game here.
Nick Brossette ($8,600): It was tough sledding for Brossette last week. The thing that stood out to me is that LSU kept feeding him. If they do that this week, Brosette could wind up with close to 200 yards. This is a stat padding game for LSU, and Brossette will be no exception.
Middle Tier:
Ta’Zhawn Henry ($7,100): You would think that the running back for a team that threw for over 600 yards last week would be an afterthought, right? Not so much. Henry still ran 24 times for 111 yards and four touchdowns. Expect another good workload for Henry here, though I doubt he scores four times. He may get in there twice though.
Trey Sermon ($6,700): Sermon’s upside is capped since Murray actually had more carries than him last week. That won’t always be the case. Running back is full of bad matchups tonight, and this isn’t really an exception. Army has a solid run D, but I think that actually helps Sermon. I would think that he will be more effective than Murray, which could result in closer to 20 touches than 10.
Bargain Shoppers:
Darnell Woolfolk ($4,700): Running backs in an option offense are usually worth a look. Woolfolk is no exception. About five different backs and the quarterback get carries for the Knights, but Woolfolk is easily the best of the lot if you think Oklahoma is going to blow gap assignments all game. There is potential here.

Top Tier:
Hollywood Brown ($8,400): We saw John Ursua have a monster game against Army even though his team only scored 21 in the entire game. Brown has the same potential for a monster here. If you are paying up at receiver, it has to be here. Army has been burned deep several times this year, all by receivers that are less talented than Brown.
Antoine Wesley ($8,200): If there is such a thing as chalk at this price, Wesley is it. Wesley set a school record with 261 receiving yards last week. Hey, there’s plenty to go around when the quarterback throws for 600. The problem here is what it always is when deploying a Texas Tech receiver. Much like Washington State, they love to spread the ball around.
Tylan Wallace ($7,800): For as impressive as Texas Tech’s offense was last week, Houston’s offense kept up with them. That means Wallace is going to have plenty of room to roam through this Red Raider defense. Wallace is by far the most targeted receiver on the team, and is one of the safer options out there.

Middle Tier:
JJ Arcega-Whiteside ($6,800): Arcega-Whiteside has caught five of Stanford’s seven passing touchdowns on the season. Oregon has done well against the run, but they have let people get behind them. There is a lot of potential here for Arcega-Whiteside just because of the number of targets he will get.
CeeDee Lamb ($6,600): I do have a feeling that Oklahoma could have some issues running the ball here, which could result in big games for both Brown and Lamb. Both get open quite a bit, and should have plenty of room in the Army secondary. Army’s line dominated Hawaii and rattled McDonald all game. That wont happen against Murray.
Bargain Shoppers:
Darius Slayton ($5,000): Slayton is the best playmaker Auburn has. Arkansas hasn’t been able to stop anyone. If Auburn elects to throw, which they should, Slayton could be in for his first big game of 2018. Arkansas doesn’t have anyone that can cover him.
Anthony Schwartz ($4,300): Stidham is still a gunslinger at heart. This is a game where he should be turned loose. We know Auburn can run the ball. They need to get the passing game going. Auburn wont have a better chance than this until cupcake week in November.
