Wondering how, where and when you can watch the series premiere of the final episode of The Big Bang Theory? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered.

Yes, this is the last season of The Big Bang Theory, and, unfortunately, that also means that this will be the final season premiere.

The immensely popular comedy has been on air since 2007, giving us 11 seasons with one more to come of Sheldon, Leonard, Howard and Raj. The series was funny, but it also took us on the ups and downs of their lives and relationships, breaking up the sitcom-style humor with a bit of trope-laden storylines.

It even spawned a spin-off titled Young Sheldon that averaged over 12 million viewers an episode throughout the first season and will begin its second season on Sept. 24.

Personally, I find it odd that the network did not decide to continue to run the show without Jim Parsons (who plays Sheldon). The show still continues to bring in massive ratings of over 18 million a week despite being on to season 12! That’s an insane number of views for any series, especially a comedy.

In fact, this is one of the rare cases where a series became even more popular as time went on, as the show averaged just over 8 million viewers an episode in the first season as a sub-50 ranked show to over 14 million an episode and a top three series by the sixth season.

In my opinion, CBS should have aired a season or two without Parsons to see how things went, because even if the series lost five million viewers a week — which I don’t think it would — it would still be pulling in ridiculous numbers. As the saying goes, don’t try and fix what isn’t broken.

So how, when and where can you watch the final season premiere of The Big Bang Theory?

Date: Monday, Sept. 24
Time: 8:00  p.m. ET
Channel: CBS
Stream: CBS

Who knows? Perhaps if enough people tune in to watch season 12, CBS will find a way to keep the show in the air.

Make sure not to miss out on the last season of this popular show!
