Fantasy Football, Week 4: Best lineup with sit/start advice
By Dylan Broady
Start/Sit advice for Week 4
Quarterbacks
Start: Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals
Dalton will be going up against an Atlanta Falcons defense who have given up 276 passing yards a game, 401.7 total yards and 28.3 total points. With A.J. Green sure to return and a young stud in Tyler Boyd, Dalton once again has all the tools to help you win in week four.
Sit: Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings
Captain Kirk played an awful game in week three against a terrible defense in the Buffalo Bills. Week four doesn’t get any better for Cousins as he goes up against a defense Thursday Night in the Rams, who have only allowed 199.3 passing yards a game.
Running Backs
Start: Ezekiel Elliott, Dallas Cowboys
Zeke has rushed for 274 yards, 5.7 AVG and two touchdowns on 48 total attempts. Elliott will be going up against a Lions defense allowing 149.3 rushing yards a game. Zeke is a safe play in week four based on his volume alone.
Sit: Jordan Howard, Chicago Bears
Jordan Howard has been a very solid running back thus far in fantasy football. Howard’s 178 rushing yards, 78 receiving yards on 53 rushing attempts and 10 total receptions is a nice floor to build upon. Week four Howard faces a stingy run defense in Tampa Bay only allowing 67 rushing yards per game.
Wide Receivers
Start: Geronimo Allison, Green Bay Packers
Allison boasts the most receiving yards for the Packers with 209. Geronimo has supplanted himself as a go to option with Aaron Rodgers. 13 total receptions and two touchdowns will carry over to a Bills defense giving up 256.7 passing yards a game.
Sit: Kenny Golladay, Detroit Lions
The Dallas Cowboys have only allowed 182.7 passing yards per game along with only 98.3 rushing yards a game. The Lions in week three had their first 100 yard rusher since 2013. The Dallas Cowboys stingy run defense will make the Lions one dimensional. Allowing the Dallas defense to peel their ears back on Stafford.

Tight Ends
Start: Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs
It’s no secret anymore that Patrick Mahomes can throw the ball. Kansas City is averaging 39.3 points a game. Kelce is going up against a Denver defense allowing 23.3 points a game thus far. Kelce has done his part as usual, racking up a total of 229 yards and two touchdowns.
Sit: Kyle Rudolph, Minnesota Vikings
Even though Minnesota struggled in Week 3, Rudolph still managed to find the end zone. Week four just like his captain mentioned above he will be going up against an elite defense. Rudolph will find himself touchdown dependent Week 4 against a stacked secondary in the Los Angeles Rams.
