Stanford heads down to South Bend for a rivalry game against Notre Dame and here’s what you need to know, including how to bet and watch online.
Two top ten teams will face off this Saturday when No. 7 Stanford takes on No. 8 Notre Dame. Both teams are undefeated at 4-0. The Cardinal are coming off a dramatic 38-31 overtime win against Oregon while the Fighting Irish took care of business last week on the road against Wake Forest 56-27.
Stanford has shown they are a force to be reckoned with in the Pac-12 so far this season. With Bryce Love now fully healthy and K.J. Costello emerging, the Cardinal certainly seem to be the favorites to win their conference and maybe earn a spot in this year’s College Football Playoff. Through four games Stanford is averaging 368.3 yards per game and their defense has only surrendered 13.5 points per game. Going up against a powerful Notre Dame offense, however, will be a challenge.
Notre Dame is undefeated but has looked shaky at times early in the season. After beating ranked Michigan on opening weekend, the Irish got all they could handle against Ball State, squeezing out an eight-point win. A five-point win over Vanderbilt did little to silence Brian Kelly’s skeptics. This is arguably Notre Dame’s toughest game of the season and could decide whether this team is a contender or a pretender.
Saturday’s game will be televised on NBC and fans can also stream this one using the NBC Sports app. As an alternative, this game can also be streamed on Fubo TV with a paid subscription after a seven-day free trial.
With two top ten teams clashing in front of a primetime audience, this game is definitely one of the marquee ones to watch this weekend. Fans will tune in to find out which team will receive their first loss of the season.
