Running Back, Ezekiel Elliott, Dallas Cowboys $7,700

Ezekiel Elliott has been exactly what we all have needed in a fantasy running back since he was drafted by the Cowboys. Zeke has a very intriguing matchup against a Detroit Lions defense Week 4, who rank dead last (32) against the rush. Elliott is currently first in rushing yards with 274.

Last week against the Seattle Seahawks, Zeke rushed 16 times for 127 yards, caught three of eight targets for 11 yards and lost a fumble. Elliott broke away in the second quarter for a 31-yard touchdown reception but he stepped out of bounds before he caught the pass which negated the big play.

Elliot’s volume has been outstanding in both the rushing game and surprisingly the passing game. Through three weeks of the season, Elliott has averaged a league leading 91.3 rushing yards a game. Along with two rushing touchdowns on 48 carries. Zeke has seen 18 total targets and 6 per game. Out of those targets he has compiled a total of 11 receptions and 37 receiving yards.

The Detroit Lions have given up 301.3 total yards a game, 149.3 rushing a game, 152 passing yards and a total of 29.3 points a game. Like mentioned before this Lions defense ranks dead last against the rush. Elliott and the Cowboys should feast upon the Lions and exploit their weak run defense.

Dak Prescott can utilize his feet when the Lions tough pass defense catches up with him. The mobility of Dak in this game will help open things up for Zeke and his pass-catching abilities.

Prediction: 150 rushing yards, 2 touchdowns, 5 receptions for 40 yards
