Carlos Hyde, Cleveland Browns – $6,800

Carlos Hyde came to Cleveland from the 49ers in the offseason. Hyde’s fantasy value was in question when the Browns drafted Nick Chubb in the 2018 NFL draft. Calling Hyde a surprise thus far on this offense is an understatement. Through three games this season Hyde has averaged 67.7 rushing yards a game.

In Week 4, Hyde brings his 20.3 carries a game to Oakland to face a Raiders defense that ranks 22nd against the run. Hyde ranks seventh in rushing yards with 203, first in rushing touchdowns (4) and second in carries with 61.

Last week on Thursday Night Football against the eighth-ranked New York Jets defense, Hyde rushed 23 times for 98 yards and two scores. This was Hyde’s first game in a Browns uniform where he scored multiple times. Hyde will have another big game against an Oakland Raiders team who have no sense of football direction.

The Raiders defense seems lost without All-Pro linebacker Khalil Mack. Hyde and Co. should have a really good day on the ground. Thus far, Chubb is picking up Hyde’s scraps, and that trend looks to continue as Hyde is the one with the hot hand. With Baker Mayfield being named the starting quarterback, this offense looks to have a lot of potential going forward.

Prediction: 120 rushing yards, 2 touchdowns
