No. 9 Sony Michel vs Miami

The Patriots have long had a revolving door at running back over the years. That doesn’t change this year. What I do see however is a heavy workload on the way for rookie Sony Michel. Rex Burkhead was placed on injured reserve giving Michel a lot of more space to become the heavy carry back.

James White remains the passing threat out of the backfield but when it comes to first and second down, Michel should see a lot of touches. His production has been ramping up each week with his heaviest workload coming Sunday night against Detroit with 14 carries for 56 yards.

This is an important divisional matchup and though I wouldn’t say a must-win for New England, a very important game early in the year with the Dolphins already sitting at 3-0. The Dolphins struggled on the ground against Tennessee and last week against Oakland and that could lead to a good Sunday for Sony Michel owners.
