Monday’s episode is called “Middle Ground,” but whether or not anyone at St. Bonaventure will actually find it is up for debate. Dr. Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) is thrown by the sudden return of his love interest Lea, while also going head-to-head with Dr. Neil Melendez (Nicholas Gonzalez) on a case the other man would rather he not pursue. But since when has Shaun ever given up on a patient?
Meanwhile, Shaun’s mentor Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff) is beginning treatment, but remains as opinionated as ever. Could that wind up working against him when he needs help the most? You’ll have to watch The Good Doctor online or live to find out.
